Terms of Service

The client portal is for businesses and their authorised people. We approve each new account before it can buy or receive work.

The owner of a client account decides who else from their business can use it and what each person may do, including buying hours and seeing invoices. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping sign-in details private. Tell us at contact@tsrlabs.ae straight away if you think someone has used it without permission.

Prepaid hours. Flex hours pay for execution and technical work; project management hours pay for delivery management. Hours are valid for 6 months (Flex) or 3 months (project management) from the date of purchase and expire at the end of that period. Time is logged against your balance in the increments shown in the portal, oldest hours first, and every entry is visible to you.

Hourly work. Work outside prepaid hours or a fixed price is billed at our published hourly rates from the time logged.

Fixed-price projects. Scope, deliverables, price and payment stages are set out in a written proposal. Work outside the accepted scope is agreed as a change, with its own price, before we do it.

Monthly plans. Plans such as Meta Ads management are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until cancelled. Each plan includes the allowance described on it; work beyond the allowance is billed separately with your agreement. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is never included in our fees.

Prices are published at tsrlabs.ae/pricing and may change; a change never affects hours you have already bought, a proposal you have already accepted, or the current month of a plan.

Prices are in UAE dirhams. Where we are registered for VAT, VAT is added at the applicable rate and shown on the invoice.

Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card details. You can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless the invoice or proposal says otherwise.

Hours are added to your balance once payment is confirmed. We may pause work while an invoice is overdue or while your balance is empty, and we tell you in the portal when that happens.

Third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, software licences, app store fees, stock assets and advertising spend, are paid separately, either directly by you or passed through at cost with your agreement.

Timely information, access, content and decisions. Delays on your side can move timelines; where they cause extra work, that work is billed as agreed.

You confirm that you have the right to give us any material you provide, such as text, images, logos, data and accounts, and that our using it for your work does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Once the work is paid for in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you a permanent licence to use whatever of them is built into your deliverables. Third-party software and assets stay under their own licences.

We may mention you as a client and describe the work in general terms unless you ask us not to.

Each of us keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the work, except where the law requires disclosure. This continues after the work ends.

We carry out the work with reasonable skill and care. We do not promise particular business results, such as sales, rankings or advertising performance, which depend on factors outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop buying from us at any time, and cancel a monthly plan as described in our refund and cancellation policy. Either of us may end ongoing work with written notice; if we end it without cause, we refund any hours you have bought and not used.

Work done and invoices issued before the end remain payable. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or uses the portal unlawfully.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you buy something applies to that purchase; for continuing plans, changes apply from the next billing month after we publish them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first; otherwise the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
